The American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS) is a national, not-for-profit organization of professionals who specialize in representing taxpayers before the IRS. ASTPS is dedicated to assisting its members in maintaining a high level of skills, knowledge and professionalism in the area of tax representation. ASTPS members are required to complete continuing professional education per year to remain a member in good standing.
